When Advertising Works

Idaho Air National Guard recruitment rates were dwindling and they were not meeting their enlistment quotas, they needed a way to increase those recruitment rates effectively.

To solve their problem I researched just who they needed to be reaching with their message and developed effective means to get that message across to reach their recruitment goals.

After determining a target market, my team was able to develop messages that had a greater impact on people within that target market. I enlisted the use of outdoor advertising and placed the advertisements in areas where it would most effectively reach their target market.

Through proper research, message development, and advertising placement The Idaho Air National Guard’s marketing campaign has been highly successful, and they have been able to meet and exceed their recruitment goals.
