When Corporate and Regional Collide

Cable One regional offices were needing support for marketing collateral from corporate; they were needing fast turnaround customizable collateral. At the same time corporate needed uniformity for brand consistency in company materials.

After proper marketing analysis I put my team to work and created and implemented a solution that would work at the local office level while keeping true to the Cable One brand established by corporate.

I created the Cable One Online Fulfillment Center that enabled my team to quickly and efficiently create custom collateral for regional offices across the country. Corporate offices were happy to have properly branded consistent collateral, and regional offices were able to quickly get great looking collateral that is customized to their local needs.

Not only did marketing collateral efficiency improve dramatically, regional offices are now able to have more flexibility with their marketing efforts.
